The Perkiomen Valley Indoor Color Guard is hosting an indoor competition on Saturday March 30th.

Color Guard and Twirling teams come from all over to compete with dynamic artistic performances.  It’s an exciting event and lots of fun.


The Music Boosters need some extra hands that day.  They need student volunteers to help sell 50/50 tickets, admission tickets at the door, help with sales of  concession  in the cafeteria, be door monitors , and help with our traffic director if you are at least 16.  Sign Up Genius.  If you have questions about the jobs needed and details please reach to Diane Staples, Booster President.  pvmbpresident@gmail.com.  Diane will happily answer any questions you may have.

The music boosters need your help.  On Saturday March 23rd  they are hosting an indoor percussion competition. Drum lines and percussion groups come from all over to compete with amazing performances. This is a very exciting and action packed event.

Check your calendar and see if you are available to volunteer at the MCC Material Resource Center in Harleysville on either April 1st or 2nd from 3:30-6:30 PM to help with meat canning.  
For 65 years, the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Canner has produced meat that has been shared in the wake of war, extreme poverty, tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes, famine, and other emergency situations.  The Resource Center needs to know how many volunteers will be coming to help to aid in their planning, so please sign up by March 1st using the link:  Sign up NOW!

Please use this link to sign up to volunteer at the Mennonite Resource Center in Harleysville.  You are responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the Resource Center on the date you sign up to volunteer.

General Membership Meeting

Volunteer Opportunity - STEM NIGHT

PVSD is hosting a K-5 Family STEM Night on March 21 from 6:30-8PM at the MSE library.  The organizers are looking for NHS students that are willing to help with the activities beginning at 6:15 PM.  If interested, please email Chris Halus at chalus@pvsd.org and type NHS STEM Volunteer in the subject line of the email.  

NHS Induction Ceremony Information

November 29th, 2018 - 7PM in the Competition Gymnasium - Reception following 
All members and new inductees should check in in room 134 at 6:30PM.
Attire:
Boys - Shirt, tie, dress pants and dress shoes (no sneakers).
Girls - Dress, skirt or dress pants.
Current senior NHS members should bring a beverage for the reception following the ceremony.
Current junior NHS members should bring a dessert for the reception following the ceremony.
