Perkiomen Valley School District is offering nutritious meals and snacks, free of charge, to high school students in need of food during the weekends. Bags of food will be provided to children on the last school day before every weekend. There is no requirement to provide any financial information.

The bags will include:
  • 1 breakfast item for each day
  • 1 lunch item for each day
  • 1 snack item for each day
  • 1 fruit or vegetable for each day
If your child would benefit from this program, you are encouraged to enroll him/her by completing this form and returning it to your school counselor at the start of the school year. Once your student is enrolled in the Power Packs Program, he/she will receive a bag of food each week throughout the school year or until you no longer need/wish to participate. Your student will pick up the bag from the school counselor or other identified staff member and place the bag immediately in their backpack or locker as part of a confidential system.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact email PowerPacks@pvsd.org or call 610-489-8506.
