High Lites April 20

posted Apr 20, 2018, 11:24 AM by Cynthia Moss

Good afternoon,

Today’s event in our courtyard went well.  A number of students attended and students voiced their opinions.  Various viewpoints were represented. PVTV and the Voice attended the discussions to document the discussions.  Our students are amazing and were very respectful of each other’s views. They will be making a video which I hope we can share with all who are interested.

On April 24th our seniors who attend NMTCC will be taking their NOCTI exams.  Therefore there is no tech school that day for our 9th, 10th and 11th grade students.  Students who attend AM tech can either arrive at PV at 10:30 and sign in at the main office or arrive at normal time and attend study hall until their period ⅘ class.  PM tech students will be dismissed at noon. Students will be able to take a bus or drive home. The bus will pick up the students in the bus loop.

The first payment for the 2019 Senior Class trip is due May 4th.  If your child has misplaced that paperwork additional copies are available in the main office or on the class of 19 website   Class of 2019.

The class of 2019  Graduation Project paperwork is due before 12/1/2018.  Students can complete those projects this summer and hand in their paperwork before the 12/1/18 deadline (next school year).  More information about Graduation Projects may be found here.

Senior parents should read the attached  Commencement Packet .If you have questions please contact me, Cyndi Moss cmoss@pvsd.org,  or Mrs. Venenzia nvenezia@pvsd.org.  I can’t believe how quickly it will be here:)

This year’s Prom, “Northern Lights”  will be held at Franklin Commons in Phoenixville on May 12th 6:30pm -10:30pm.  Tickets will cost $60 each.
