Safe2Say is an anonymous way for you to submit a tip if you are worried about a friend or witnessed suspicious activity! Reports submitted to Safe2Say are then forwarded to the appropriate officials for follow up. There are three ways to submit a tip; mobile app, by phone or by going to their website.

Save the date for our upcoming Day of Service on Jan. 20, 2020, and keep an eye out for an email the week of Jan. 6 with details on how to sign up. We are looking forward to working with all our young volunteers to serve others in memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

 

Program planning for the 20-21 school year will begin soon!  The updated program planning guide will be on the website within the next week.  Please read through the guide as there is important information about requirements, deadlines, and of course, the course descriptions.  

We have some exciting new courses/electives for the upcoming year: Industrial Print Graphics 2, Music 101, Football 1, and Football 2. These are  joining last year’s additions of Peer Buddies, App Design Studio, Social Media in the Business World, Personal Finance, Psychology, and Modern Middle East.  Read through the guide to find out more about each of these courses. 

Please note the timeline for program planning for this year.

January 21 - February 10

Teachers input their recommendations into the HAC for next year’s courses.

February 12 - March 1

Students and parents can access the course request section of HAC to pick core classes and electives and make changes.

February 19

8th grade parent night for Program Planning

March 2 - March 31

Counselors review the requests and meet with students

April 1

Course Verification letters given to students to bring home.

April 7

Verification letters are due (signed by parents and any changes noted on this form)

June 19

Last day for parents/students to initiate any changes to requested courses. Courses will not be changed after this date and schedules will not be changed.

 


Perkiomen Valley School District is pleased to offer free Hotspots to families without internet access in the home as a way to support our anywhere/anytime learning. Through a generous donation, we are making hotspots available to families so that all students can take advantage of the anywhere/anytime learning model. 

A hotspot is a handheld device that provides wireless network connection to other devices -- such as a phone, computer, or Chromebook -- so they can access the internet.  

Free hotspots will be given to families based on income and/or need, and availability of devices (limited quantities are available). If your family qualifies for the Free or Reduced Lunch program, you may complete this form and attach your notification letter as proof of need. If you do not qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch program, please you may complete this form and be sure to fill out the section that requests a brief summary of why you are requesting assistance. All information will remain confidential.
