High Lites Oct 18

posted Oct 19, 2019, 12:02 PM by Cyndi Moss

Dear Parents/Guardians,

What a fun week it has been!  The school spirit is running at an all-time high.   Even our staff was into it! An amazing job by all students at our pep rally! It was very close, but our juniors pulled out the win this year.

Congratulations to Tyler Clifford and Summer Watts on winning the PAC Championship for Cross Country last week.  Our girls team won the PACs and our boys team came in second. Congrats to everyone!

The Homecoming Dance is this Saturday night!!!  This dance is a semi-formal event. The dance is for eligible PV students and their pre-approved guest (one). The Homecoming Dance will be held here in the High School Competition Gym on Saturday, October 19th from 7-10pm.  Students who have not bought tickets by 2:30pm today will not be admitted into the dance.  Student debts MUST be cleared before they will be sold a ticket.  Tickets will be $10 each.  Students must bring their ID to the dance in order to get in and also wear shoes the entire night. I suggest that comfortable shoes either be worn or an extra pair brought with students.  The music boosters will provide an area for students to store their belongings during the dance.

Conference time is right around the corner.  We will have our conferences on Nov 25th and 26th.  There will be evening conferences available on the 25th.  Please be on the lookout for information from each teacher about these days.
